Chef Jeroen Ashton got his training at Seventh-day Adventist-owned Country Life restaurants in the 80s and 90s in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris and Oslo! His family’s Boston Country Life was one of the Top 32 Vegetarian Restaurants in America. Your Friends Won't Know It's VEGANUnless You Tell Them!
