They’re athletes with different styles who complement each other; Tori loves an endurance day, while Ellen can’t get enough of jumps and sprints. Quick Policy Update! Due to the shortened class time fo the Run/Row 30 min classes the late arrival grace period will be 3 min long as that is the same amount of time as our warm up period. Outdoor 45 min classes will stay at 5 min later arrival grace period.

We are excited to announce that Contra Costa County has now moved into the Orange Tier! We are now able to increase our indoor class capacity to 12 people max inside.
