Coming into the New Year like...

While we have loved being back in the studio with you all these past few weeks, the safety of our members, community and teams remain our top priority. Due to the recently released government mandated closure of all indoor fitness facilities, all 15 San Diego studios will be closed until further notice beginning Tuesday, July 14th. All memberships will be placed on a freeze and you will not be billed during this time. Our studio staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have via email or phone. We sincerely appreciate all the support we have received from you all during this time, and we hope to see you back in the Orange Zone very very soon.

Not sure what to expect coming back to the studio? Coach D and Team La Mesa are working hard after every class to keep the studio spotless for you! Come give a class a try before committing to coming back, call the studio to get booked!

RUN, REP, & ROW it’s the same awesome OTF workout, even if we do it with a mask! The health of our members, staff, and community is always our number one priority. Therefore, as mandated by state and local law, starting tomorrow, Friday, July 3rd, face coverings will be required at all times in the studio. We look forward to continuing to celebrate health with you all - the best way we know how - in the Orange Zone!

Allow us to reintroduce ourselves... 60 minute classes are back head to the app to book for next week! We are allowing 20 minutes between classes to enable us enough time to continue to sanitize and deep clean equipment between each class.
