Meet Coach Jaimie: Jaimie has been coaching with OTF East Bay since 2018. Starting off in San Leandro, you may have seen her coaching at any one of our 4 sister studios, but she calls Castro Valley home. She likes to play upbeat hip-hop and anything that’ll get you wanting to dance or heart pumping! What she enjoys most about OTF is the community aspect, and looks forward to continuing with that in the new virtual platform.

Want a Hell Week workout that will really wake you up? Tomorrow, it’s all about inclines. You don’t need treads because the moves we’ll do will give you the same good-for-you burn you’d get sprinting up a hill. Think: full thruster, jump lunges, jump squats and other moves that really generate power from your legs.
