Information Regarding Fall Flower Arrangement As a independent florist we have been trying to accommodate the rapid changes to our supply chain in regards to availability of flowers that come to our store. Many of our customers have been looking for our seasonal designs and unfortunately most of our original seasonal fall designs we are not able to offer because of the availabilities of certain flowers. Many of these issues were caused by our flower growers unable to replant ...during the beginning of the Pandemic in March which has had an impact on availability of those flower choices and their prices. We hope that our customers understand that we are still offering some of the freshest available products being grown right here in California and we would like to continue to offer those choices through the winter season. This way we can continue to support our local farms and keep our flower arrangements affordable for our customers. We want to thank everyone for their continued to support over the past month. We just want everyone to know that we are working hard to show you what types of flowers we are getting in but one of the obstacles has been trying to update our business information on many of the search sites. Our google my business page for instance is taking longer then expected to update but rest assure that we are open and we have some new flower arrangements available to order on the website. Thank you for patience and hopefully Google can speed up the update process.

Starting Tuesday 04/14/2020 we will be opening from 9AM to 5PM Monday Through Saturday. Our new expanded hours will allow us to bring back our employees but we will split them into two shifts allowing social distancing to continue between our staff and allowing enough time to complete late deliveries. Our same day cut off time will be expanded up until 4PM but as we get closer to the 4PM hour same day deliveries will depend upon the distance from our shop and the time the order is placed.

Currently, we are still working through these challenging times. We look towards the CDC's recommendations regarding social distancing and preventive cleaning of our hands and providing face coverings for our working staff. Our main goal at our business is to continue to provide our services to people that are looking to acknowledge family and friends’ special occasions. We realize that many other occasions continue as we all stay at home and people do want to have a way to e...xpress their thoughts and feelings by sending flowers and balloons. We also need acknowledge that the flower industry is relying upon farms that continue to grow flowers and these farms are not able to stop their production. For this reason we are asked to continue to sell flowers because if the farms are not able to sell their product they will be forced to cut back or even stop growing flowers which would have a long lasting effect on the whole flower industry long after the stay at home orders are lifted. Since the closure of the Los Angeles Flower Market and closures of Local Wholesalers since March 19th we have been reaching out to our local California farmers and creating new relationships with them in a effort to continue to move their flowers. Many of our customers are seeing these changes on our website as we are creating and providing updated product on our website showing exactly what flowers and arrangements are available for delivery by us. At this time, we will continue to provide our delivery service to mostly homes by leaving flower arrangements at the door and walking away. We know this is a different way of acknowledging deliveries, but we do want to protect our customers as well as protect our delivery drivers as much as possible by limiting interactions with deliveries. We want to thank all our customers that have continue to order with us during this time and to thank them for understanding our own limitations regarding timed availability as well as product availability.
