OCPAA is proud to announce the recipients of this year's Randall Smith Scholarship: Maria del Carmen Gomez Luna, Victoria Silva and Christian Laurent. Established to commemorate the spirit of OCPAA founder (and former Santa Ana College Student Body President) Randall G. Smith, these scholarships are awarded annually to three Santa Ana College students demonstrating academic excellence in Political Science, Public Affairs, Communications, or Journalism.
