World War I ended one hundred years ago, on November 11, 1918. The eleventh month and eleventh day is now Veterans Day. A day to honor generations of heroes who have worn our country’s uniform and helped preserve the freedoms and way of life we enjoy today. We thank you all for your service.

Our team worked hard on completing the tuning and commissioning of the accelerator and fixed-beam room leading up to the first patient treatment on October 23, 1990! An exciting and busy time! It has been a fulfilling adventure upgrading and improving the system since then. It is with a heavy heart that we remember Dr. James M. Slater and wish that he was still with us to celebrate 30 years of his incredible vision.
