Coaching isn’t just about training. We don’t show up to train/ yell coaching words and give you a high 5 (maybe a little). It’s all about perspective for each individual athlete/trainee. Word usage must be particular and given precisely to keep your head in the game. #GAMETIME Body language must be confident even when we’re wrong, we’re learning too. #CONFIDENCE ... Speeches must have exceptional examples and critical feedback; no mistakes, only lessons. #LEARNING We’re never upset with our athletes lack of ability...you show up because you believe you have the ability to do it. Your coach will too. #DEDICATION We’re upset with the idea of our athletes giving up because they think they’re not good enough. Try, try, try again. This is why we #PRACTICE We don’t set expectations, we clap for not creating them and then exceed further than the mind can boggle. #GOALS We look forward to learning, creating, observing and teaching our athletes.
