I thought about cardio and I wanted to put a little practice clip up. Try to do it three times without a break! That's for the beginners if you have good cardio try to do it for fifteen minutes an average kickboxing fights length. Knees are really great for conditioning your legs. Make sure not to overextend your arm when throwing hard punches.
