Open Door Poetry Reading at Battery Books Pasadena

Lewis MacAdams passed away today. He was a poet and activist, founded Friends of the LA River, and a friend. I appreciated his support through the years for my work and direction. Here is a photo of a reading, perhaps his last, that he did as part of the Open Door series at Battery Books. Rest on new rivers my friend.
