Hamstrings tight? Try this quick fix! Here’s how . 1 Keeping your legs together and completely straight, reach down and try and touch your toes. Take a mental note where your fingers stop. 2 With feet facing forward, bend knees and grab your toes with your hand. Slowly try and straighten legs out (stop when you feel tightness in your hamstrings). Return to start position and repeat 10x. 3 Repeat step 2, but point toes towards each other.... 4 Repeat step 2, but with heels together and toes out. 5 Repeat step 1 and notice where your fingers stop! You should notice an improvement in your range of motion See more

When you’re a PT and your son sustains a small growth plate fracture . I applied @rocktape to my son’s right knee for swelling. The first day of his injury the circumference of his knee measured at 27.5 cm . After just 24 hours with the tape on, I re-measured his knee and it was at 27 cm . Rocktape, when applied correctly, can do wonders to relieve swelling, especially acute swelling. If you look at the last couple of pictures, you can see how the tape literally pu...lled the swelling away from the knee, as well as improved the bruising . My poor buddy now has 3 weeks in a knee immobilizer. Got shoulder pain? Try this simple and effective exercise to strengthen the scapula muscles. This patient has been having shoulder pain with snatching and pull-ups . After just one visit, some @astym_therapy, @rocktape RockPods and mobility exercises, she’s feeling better and we are on to stabilizing exercises .
