Cheers! - Nicole & Damien FRENCH 75 Ingredients: 2 oz Dry Gin 2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 3/4 oz Simple Syrup 2 oz Champagne Long spiral lemon twist (for serving) Preparation: Step 1 Combine Gin, Lemon Juice & Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, cover & shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds. Step 2 Strain cocktail into a large flute. Top with Champagne & garnish with Lemon Twist. Cocktail Hour Episode 20 was a throw back to the 70’s featuring our talented friends Shawn Escalante and Adriana Sanchez! We sang some of our favorite 70’s tunes, had a lovely chat and of course enjoyed a few cocktails! We were also joined by two of our wonderful patrons, William and Drake, who spent the evening with us behind the scenes. And dear friend Robert, who stopped by for a visit, all the way from NY!
