Our Olio Nuovo this year is a blend of Arbequina, Manzanillo & Ascolano Varieties that is locally grown and produced! This local seasonal "fresh" olive oil is bottled immediately after milling and is the freshest oil of the season. Since it doesn't go through the regular racking and filtering process, you'll see the fresh olive flesh inside which may give the oil a cloudy appearance and sediment, which means more flavor and is higher in polyphenols. This is also why it is recommended to use the oil within a year for best flavor. Get this delicious olive oil while it’s still in stock!

It’s that time of year again! Get a head start on all of your holiday shopping with our current free shipping special. Offer expires on 11-30-20 at 11:59pm PST. Also, we wanted to give everyone some important ordering & shipping information/reminders! -Supplies are extremely limited. Order as soon as possible if you want to be assured you get your favorite products. Our supply chain is very tight this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic.... -Please allow for longer transit times. Holiday 2020 shipping times are expected to be much longer than in previous years. UPS is recommending December 15th as the last day to order for it to arrive in time for Christmas.
