Enjoy our comeback cookie the Poppy Seed Lemon Butter Cookie. Baker, Lauren Sarabia's grandmother Fritzie would bake this special German inspired cookie and bring it along to family gatherings. The Poppy Seed cookie was always Lauren's favorite. With the added taste of lemon zest this cookie is even better than the original!
