Our Sunday Series Feature: The Stewart House located at 439 E. 5th Ave. is for sale! One of Escondido's oldest standing homes, this house was originally built in Nova Scotia in the 1860's and shipped overseas in pieces to be rebuilt on this lot in 1894. It was the family home of Alexander Stewart, a local blacksmith. The open house is this weekend so stop by and see this charming historic home in person while you can! Sold by @traci_bass__realtor Ryan_Bass_RealEstate James Welnick

Someone is leaving these cute painted rocks along 7th Avenue between Juniper and Grape. All the kiddos in the neighborhood are loving afternoon walks, it’s like a treasure hunt. Thank you to whoever is doing this special treat!
