We think we’ve perfected it! Our Yuzu Chintan tsukemen (dipping ramen) offers a light clear yuzu broth that is even difficult to find in Japan. The typical and most popular tsukemen is the tonkotsu gyokai which you can find at Tsujita and Menya Musashi, but the yuzu chintan tsukemen is the first in the United States. This tsukemen only exists at Mennoya at Osaka and Afuri in Tokyo but now you can have it in LA! #okiboru

This dish is inspired from Mennoya in Osaka , who won best Tsukemen in Osaka for this dish . It’s a light chicken and pork based broth infused with seafood elements to enhance the umami flavor . The owners of Okiboru took 2 years to perfect the recipe to tastes exactly like the one from Osaka . I cannot recommend this dish enough! If you’re by Chinatown this dish is a must . #okiboru
