Our store is open since OBCI is an essential business as defined by Ventura County. Customers will be assisted at the back door (parking lot Matilija street side). Customers can now enter the store starting Wednesday June 19. Use the parking lot entrance and wear a mask. A limited number of people will be in the store at one time, ie: one at the shipping counter, 2 at the document counter, one faxing, etc. We will inform you at the back door when you may enter the s...tore. A hand sanitizer will be available for you at the door. You may drop-off your returns for Fed-Ex, UPS, and USPS outside the parking lot back door. Those with Amazon QR code returns must go to a UPS franchisee store (closest is in Ventura). Opening hours for the store are changing temporarily from 9am to 10am. We have seen a large influx of print jobs received overnight via email and have had difficulty finishing those printing tasks while helping walk-in customers. Two of our employees are unable to return to work so we are feeling a bit of a squeeze. (see the job posting)
