Oh My God Life

I am whole and complete. I pursue my passions, and I fill my days with people and activities I love. The more I focus on cultivating love within and around me, the more love comes into my life. In such an atmosphere of love, it’s only natural that I draw to me those I call soul mates. Soul mates can be friends or family or sweethearts. Today I celebrate all my soul mates. I give thanks for love.

My thoughts are not always my friends. When the ideas in my head make me feel crappy, it’s time to question them. Am I telling myself I’m not enough? That I’m not worthy? That there’s something wrong with me? If so, I’m telling myself a bunch of lies! That’s when spiritual practice comes in really handy. I can meditate. I can spend time in nature. I can listen to beautiful music. Spirit always tells the truth.

If I push against something, it tends to come back stronger. If I yield instead, I change the energy of the entire situation. What can I learn from my current circumstance, even if I don’t adore it? How do I need to change to move through it? What is the perfection of everything that is happening? As I ask these questions, and receive answers, Spirit opens me up to a whole new reality. And it started with WTF!

Vicious cycles can feel overwhelming. One cruddy thing after another. Yuck! Today I hold my vicious cycles lightly. I imagine funny little bikes in need of some serious dental work. When I do this, I’m using the power of my imagination to remind me where vicious cycles live in my mind. My mind can shift anything. The funny little bikes are my cue to turn vicious cycles into a blisscious ones.

Every moment is a perfect moment for prayer. When I’m waiting in line at a store. When I’m driving my car. Or in the middle of the night. As I send my love and light to someone else, they are uplifted. This energy always reaches them, whether they feel it consciously or not. We are all connected, and when I send love and light to someone, I strengthen that connection. Prayer is a gift to everyone. Any time!
