Dementia Medication Commercial Seeking Adults Who Have A Real Family With Dementia Do you have a loved one who suffers from dementia? Do they enjoy singing? We want to hear from you! Seeking adults who have a REAL family member with dementia who loves to sing. (No acting experience necessary but actors who qualify encouraged to submit!) Both the adult family member/caregiver and the real dementia patient would appear on camera singing together in this spot. As a reference se...e this video: https://youtu.be/cuBl3TNrjek. RATE: $1000 + 20% session, $10,000 + 20% use PER PERSON USE: US National Broadcast and Internet/Social Media/New Media (ie all electronic media) and Industrial for one year. CONFLICTS: Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Medicine SHOOT DATE: Sometime in mid or late April 2021 SHOOT LOCATION: TBA, depends on where selected talent lives. Possibly no travel necessary. NOTE: This medicine aids with dementia- related hallucinations. This project will adhere to Covid safety protocols! SUBMISSION DIRECTIONS: To submit yourself & your family member who has dementia, send us a written submission answering the following questions or send us a self-taped video sharing this info on camera with the following information: 1. Tell us your name and the name of your family member who has dementia. 2. Give us some info about yourself and your family member with dementia. (How are you related? How often do you see each other? Where does your family member with dementia live? etc) 3. Describe your family member's love of singing. (How does singing affect them? Do they sing in a choir? etc...) 4. Tell us if you ever sing with them and if so, in what circumstance does that happen. 5. Attach pictures of yourself and pictures of your family member who has dementia AND send video of your family member with dementia... especially video of them singing! If you don't already have video, you can record a Zoom call where we see you singing together (in gallery mode) and send us that. Please send video as an attachment or a downloadable link or via We Transfer. You can send the video under separate emails if needed. 6. Tell us what city/state you live in and what city/state your family member with dementia lives in. 7. In the body of the email be sure to include your PHONE NUMBER (and your agent's info if you have an agent). 8. Send your submission ASAP but no later than 3/17 to: [email protected]. These women! Wow, it was such an honor to be a part of telling their story. As a brest cancer survivor myself, this casting project really hit home. LOVE!
