Welcome to working out with Life Athletics. Here I have D3 committed soccer player @sacha.porter preforming a full body explosive work. Adding the bands to the chest press allows you to keep the weight lighter so you can have the speed that you are looking for, yet still have to heavier resistance at the end of the move.... We bring the foot switch in not only to add to the explosive movement, but to work on good foot mechanics and foot drive. This exercise will also challenge your core and endurance making it a great choice for any level athlete.
