This has been a very difficult & sad week for the Orange Community Historical Society! We are still in shock & deeply sadden about the shocking news of City Historian & friend, Phillip K. Brigandi passing away unexpectedly on December 12th. We’ve attached this beautiful tribute to Phil that Orange Country Historical Society President, Chris Jepsen wrote about him. He’s captures so beautifully the essence of Phil & what an amazing man he was to the historical & preservation ...communities. Mr. Fitschen and Mr. Russo represented the Orange Community Historical Society board at the Orange Barrio Historical Society's bbq today. With close collaboration these two great organizations will keep the history of orange live and vibrant!
