Expanding company located in the heart of Orange County is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician that has an acute attention to detail with a focused mindset. The right candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years automotive repair experience with both foreign and domestic vehicles. This is a full time position with the opportunity for rapid advancement. The right candidate must have own tools, keep and maintain an exceptionally clean work environment and is eager to grow within our expanding company. Responsibilities Include: Greet customers when they arrive and take a detailed history of vehicle performance or mechanical failure Diagnose vehicles based on observational and mechanical testing as well as information provided by the customer Provide customers with detailed estimates for repairs and replacements and obtain signature approval prior to commencing work Repair vehicles based on the diagnosed issues and repair estimate correctly Test drive vehicles after repairs are complete to ensure mechanical soundness and to determine whether any other problems exist Describe vehicle’s condition to customer and answer any follow-up questions file appropriate documentation on each repair The right candidate will have the following qualifications: Current and Valid CA Driver's License Have an adequate supply of tools Tool cart/box Basic knowledge of electrical, Advanced electrical credentials a plus Two or more of the following ASE Certifications Automobile & Light Truck Certification Tests (A Series) Auto Maintenance and Light Repair Certification Test (G1) Advanced Engine Performance Specialist Certification Test (L1) Electronic Diesel Engine Diagnosis Specialist Certification Test (L2) Medium-Heavy Truck Certification Tests (T Series) Undercar Specialist Exhaust Systems Test (X1) ***PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME ALONG WITH REFERENCES AND SALARY REQUIREMENTS*** Job Type: Guarantee + Commission Job Type: Full-time Interested candidates please contact Eric @ 949.280.7563
