Guilt free cheese crackers No joke, these taste EXACTLY like a Cheese It. Ingredients:... - cup almond flour - cup grated parmesan cheese - 2 tsp water Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Add cheese and almond flour to food processer (or blender). 3. Add water one tsp at a time. 4. Transfer dough to a bowl and use your hands to form a ball out of it. 5. Next, you’ll want to use a rolling pin to roll the dough out between 2 sheets of parchment paper. 6. Once the dough looks slightly translucent that’s when you know you’ve rolled it out enough. 7. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough vertically and horizontally to form the crackers. 8. Optional: once the crackers are shaped, use a toothpick to form a hole in the center of each cracker. 9. Move to a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 mins (or until slightly golden) 10. Let rest for 5 mins then enjoy!

Keto Magic Bars Trust me, you're going to want to make these. Ingredients:... Crust: - 1 cup almond flour - tsp sea salt - 1 egg - 2 Tbsp butter Condensed Milk Caramel - cup heavy cream - cup butter - cup monk fruit - 1 tsp vanilla extract - Pinch of salt Filling - Bag of Lily’s chocolate chips - 1 cup unsweetened coconut shreds - 1 cup pecan pieces Directions: Crust 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees 2. In a medium bowl mix together the crust ingredients until a ball of dough forms. Press the dough into an 8 inch cast iron skillet (or pie dish). 3. Poke a few small holes in the crust with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes until slightly golden. Condensed Milk 1. Place all ingredients in a tall sided pot and bring to a boil over high heat. 2. Once boiling, continue to boil for 5 mins stirring frequently. 3. After 5 mins it should have reached the consistency of condensed milk or thick caramel sauce. Set aside to cool. Assemble: 1. Place the pecan pieced, coconut shreds, and chocolate chips on top of the crust. Pour over the condensed milk and return to the oven for 5-7 mins. 2. Allow to completely cool in the refrigerator for 30-60 mins before butting into bars.

Guilt free granola Ingredients: 3 Tbsp flaxseed meal 2 Tbsp almond flour ... 3 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes 1 Tbsp chia seeds cup chopped almonds (or any nut you like) 2 egg whites 1 Tbsp allulose or liquid monk fruit 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp sea salt Directions: 1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly except for the cinnamon. 2. Spread out mixture onto a baking sheet to make one layer. 3. Sprinkle on cinnamon. 4. Bake in 350 degree over for 20-22 minutes. 5. Let rest. Granola will harden as it cools. Goes great with yogurt and unsweetened almond or coconut milk

Keto wonder bread Ingredients: - 1 egg - 3 tbsp almond flour... - 1 tbsp mayonnaise (I use Chosen Foods) - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp water Directions: 1. Preheat mini pancake (or waffle) maker. 2. In a bowl, whisk the egg until beaten. 3. Add almond flour, mayonnaise, baking powder, and water. 4. When the pancake maker is heated, carefully pour 1/2 of the batter in the waffle maker and close the top. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes. 5. Carefully remove from the pancake maker and set aside for 2-3 minutes to crisp up. 6. Repeat instructions again. It's my favorite bread to use for breakfast egg sandwiches :)

My super easy, super yummy doughnut recipe :) Ingredients: 2 cup almond flour 4 eggs... cup monk fruit cup unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp vanilla extract cup blueberries or Lily’s Chocolate Chips Icing 3 tsp unsweetened almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract cup monk fruit powdered sugar Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Add all dry ingredients in large bowl and all wet ingredients in medium bowl. Mix both and then combine together. 3. Fold in blueberries (or chocolate chips) gently. 4. Spray doughnut molds with coconut or avocado oil and then pour dough to 12 molds. 5. Bake for 15 minutes (or until cooked thoroughly). 6. While doughnuts are baking add all icing ingredients in a bowl and mix well. 7. Let cool for 5 minutes. 8. Take doughnuts out of mold and add glaze. YUM!
