Fair price for a room that is a few hundred feet from the ocean. Clean rooms, comfy beds. I had a last minute change to my reservation and they made the changes without any hesitation. Ample parking and easy access to beaches, harbor and freeway.

Overall: 10 / 10 "Nice stay to a nice weekend"

I did not stay here myself, I booked two rooms for an international blues band out of Sweden and they were very pleased with the accommodations. The fact that it was close to the beach and harbor gave them something to do during the day and they loved the location.

The best motel we stayed at in a long time. The owners are so sweet and very hospitable. I would recommend this place over and over. They get a gold star!!

My husband and I have traveled from coast to coast, north to south. We have stayed in 5 star hotels to no star hostels. This is officially one of our favorites. The service is outstanding. This is a family owned business and they treat you like family! The room was large and clean, with ample storage space (large closet) for travel. Nice big shower, and a window in the bathroom that opens which I could actually see the ocean from! Big, flat screen tv with hundreds of channels. You can walk to the harbor which is lined with gift shops and restaurants. Or you can walk just a little further, right unto the beach. Only a 10 min walk, at the most, to either. All this for the best price in town! Can't beat it! If you're coming to Oceanside, this is where you want to stay!

Nice place to stay close to the beach. I stay here whenever I'm in town. The owners always meet my needs on check in and check out. Great price. Clean rooms.
