Due to the many environmental constraints of this project; such as being so close to the ocean & the high tide water table; Oceansafe was a perfect match.

The first Oceansafe system to be installed at Shaw & Sons. This Oceansafe parking lot can handle 2.9 gallons per square ft. which is 4.5 times the amount of a typical 1’’ Southern California rainstorm.
