Dear Valued Customers, Over the past few years it has been a pleasure to serve the bands, musicians, and artists who have used Ocean Beach Studio for their music practice and recording. As some of you may know, the landlord has moved back into the house attached to the studio, and the Ocean Beach Studio staff has moved out. We are no longer able to run a full-time studio at the Great Highway location.... As of August 2014, we are no longer taking new reservations. The studio may reopen later this year with more limited hours and services. You can stay tuned to our Facebook or Website to hear when the studio becomes available again. Thanks for your support and creative energy over the past three years. We hope to still be involved in live music and recording in the bay area for years to come.

Good news everyone! We have just negotiated with the building's landlord and we will NOT be moving out! We will continue to honor prepaid hours and will be able to book the studio going forward. We have some bad news for Ocean Beach Studio. Our landlord has ended our lease and we will be forced to close up shop next month. We will be honoring our existing prepaid hours and bookings through August 14th. During the final week or two of operation, some or all of our rental equipment may be unavailable.
