Simple gratitude

As the sun sets on 2020 (whew, what a year!!), let’s take all the lessons that we learned on and off our mat, to make 2021 the best year yet Happy New Year everyone

Schedule update: Although all regular classes will be cancelled on December 25th (Christmas Day), we will be offering a Joyful Flow with Janet from 9-10am! This will be a donation-based class, with all proceeds going to the Pacifica Resource Center. We know that present circumstances may not allow for the usual gatherings of loved ones, so we hope you'll take this opportunity to gather online with our community and share in the spirit of the holiday season (while getting in some yoga, of course!).
