If we can only see light from a distant object in space from the past, and we do not know what dark matter or dark energy is.. I propose a theory; That dark matter is the distant objects position in the present and dark energy is that energy in the present moment as well, like gravity of a distant object in the present or a galaxy's p...resent position. It would also explain that there is more dark matter and energy than that can be explained by the expanding universe model.
