Hi friends, Do you know a triathlete or endurance athletes that has suffered from an injury and wants to take their training to a new level? Who is willing to test out a few new technical massage therapy treatments? I'm looking for 9-12 people currently training for an endurance event such as 1/2 or full marathons, triathlons, or cycling who are recovering from an injury or is looking to improve there overall performance. I will be asking for very specific feedback to help ...refine the treatments. I am looking for individuals who will be able to come to my office 2 times in the next 3 weeks for 2 different sessions of massage therapy. This package is normally $240 but I'm offering it at $155 ($85.00 off) for people who are are willing to provide detailed and constructive feedback. Often times we tell ourselves we don’t have the time, or we’re too busy. Too busy to work out, too busy for self care. If you’ve said this to yourself in the past 6 months, I urge you to ask ‘Is it true?’ The work of Byron Katie is a powerful tool. A tool to help uncover what WE are doing to stand in OUR OWN WAY When I did this exercise I was able to identify ALL of my time wasters I log how I spend my time I kept a notepad with me and took note of my tasks. Two years ago I started lifting weights with my boyfriend Not even going to lie... I wasn’t a fan. My company was enjoyable but with being a busy mama I need a quick and dirty work out. 60 minutes or less. It doesn’t help that I also SQUIRREL HARD. I know how good lighting is so I need that time to count!
