Flex Voter Centers are part of the Voting Solutions for All People (VSAP) Flex Program and is aimed to meet the needs of all LA County Voters. The VSAP program specifically focuses on providing access to seniors, people experiencing homelessness, voters with disabilities, and geographically isolated voters.
