Challenger Car Show Saturday, May 8, 2021 10:00a - 2:00p... We are excited to announce our Car Show is back! This year we will be celebrating the 10th bi-annual Oakmont of Carmichael Car Show presented by the Challengers Car Club of Sacramento. We invite you to join us with your family to enjoy cars from the 1930s through the 1970s. The Challengers Car Club was started in the 1960's by a group of car enthusiasts in West Sacramento and has since grown and continues to promotes the sport of showing and cruising all classic and custom motor vehicles. We had a very hoppy Easter here at Oakmont of Carmichael. Hope everyone had an egg-cellent Easter!

The Easter Bunny hippity-hopped over to Oakmont if Carmichael. The Egg Hunt was bountiful, the weather was wonderful and everyone had a great day.

Oakmont of Carmichael has vaccinated most of its residents and team members. Let's hope we are in the home stretch to slowing and stopping COVID-19!

Our Traditions Memory Care community had a bon fire, complete with smore's! They gathered together amongst friends and shared in the warmth.

Fresh flowers are brought in every Friday from Trader Joe's and the residents have a chance to put their creativity out on display. They have a fresh flower bouquet every week to bring them cheer and beauty.

Our veterans gathered for a small intimate Veterans Day Program. Thank you Bristol Hospice for your support.

String painting. Who knew? These amazing art pieces are created using a string, various colors of paint and canvas. Our residents leave us speechless with their abilities!

Remembring the courage of our Veterans and honoring their sacrifice. We had an amazing program letting our Veterans know how much we appreciate them. The headphones by Eversound made it easy to hear. Look at our wonderful residents as young heroes.

Traditions took full advantage of the amazing weather and strolled outside at their Farmer's Market. Each resident was given Oak Bucks to spend at the various stalls and were able to purchase flowers, clothing, art, jewelry, books and more! The team did an amazing job and the residents had a blast. Check out those smiles!

We had a toe-tappin good time with The Moonglow Jazz Band. Celebrating our Nation's Birthday with live music is such a treat! Four concerts in four hours to make sure we stay safe.

Awooga! The Sacramento Model A club rolled by Oakmont of Carmichael. The cars were amazing and the weather was cool.
