Hello All- We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time. We would like to provide an update as promised. We have contacted Tracy and addressed all her concerns personally. Her husband Jack posted an update on his Facebook profile, as well as our Facebook in the comments section. We would like to thank Jack and Tracy for addressing the public. We will include his update here. ... There have been several rumors regarding ownership of Oakmont Produce Market and we would like to state those rumors are FALSE. The ACTUAL OWNER of Oakmont Produce Market is Federico and he is pictured here along with our store Manager Judy. The frequent shoppers that do shop at Oakmont Cupertino should recognize them in our photo. The employee regarding the incident was terminated indefinitely. All other staff members that participated are on corrective action. We love our customers. We don't accept this type of behavior and believe we took correct action. We have conducted a staff meeting and further training and education for all employees. This will not happen again in the future. While we do have all social media outlets, our main media outlets are Facebook and Instagram. Our Instagram handle is @OakmontProduce. Yelp and Google disabled our reviews. We have no control over disabling reviews. Everything else is fake and should be reported. We have reported those pages ourselves. We look forward to the future and appreciate everyone's concerns. We would first like to start off my saying we sincerely apologize. We will work to make this right as we appreciate all of our customers and are aware that the local community is what keeps us going every day. One persons action does not define who we are and what we have built over the ...years with the community. Employees come and go and do not represent the overall purpose of our business. Given the situation, this employee was immediately terminated. Her acts and ignorance are not a reflection of our store.
