Oak Hill Presbyterian Church

Our congregation was blessed to witness the ordination and installation of a new elder and five new deacons during worship services the past two Sundays!

Plans are being laid for the formation of a new "sister" church in neighboring Calaveras County, Calif. Oak Hill has grown substantially in recent months, and the congregation earlier this year voted to handle the growth by creating a new church in the neighboring county where many Oak Hill members reside. The new group is asking the Oak Hill leadership to approve a tentative starting date of July 28, 2019 for worship services to begin. The Calaveras group is currently seeking a suitable meeting location, most likely in Angels Camp. Much work needs to be done, so we ask for your prayers seeking God's blessing on this new work and witness. Pray also for prospective leadership for the new church.

Part 1 Well, it’s been a week since our group returned from Uganda. Wow, what an edifying trip. We received a wealth of training and experience in those three w...eeks that I can only describe as life changing. We all share lots of lovely memories from our time there.
