But as always a selected few burn the midnight oil most of the month pumping out work for the few intensely serious buyers and sellers in the active market. Take the time to get ready. As January 1st hit, many hit the ground running. Don’t get left behind and do your due diligence and get prepared but don’t stress. December gift shopping brings enough stress as it is. 2021 comes with a lot of surprises. We have no clue what to expect after a year like 2020. All we can do is hope that we all get to the opportunity to kick the years ass just as much as 2020 did most of us. In all seriousness, 2021 is what we make of it. For example, NXTLVL plans to make it the year of execution. After 2020 gave us the time to reflect and conjure up ideas and plans, 2021 will be the year we execute. No more sitting in fear wondering if people are scared of the pandemic. Better yet, make people feel like nothing can bring you and them down. Like proving all the nay sayers wrong!
