We're proud to have helped bring these award-winning roundabouts to Napa! Roundabouts help decrease traffic accidents, reduce emissions, and improve traffic flow; a few of the issues we're passionate about here at NVTA. These particular roundabouts were placed at intersections with a concerning level of delays and accidents, according to a study by City of Napa.... You can drive through these beauties at First Street/California Boulevard, Second Street/California Boulevard, and State Route 29 (SR 29) northbound ramps at First Street. Visit https://www.nvta.ca.gov/works to see what else we have in the works.

Happy Friday! Instead of sharing a team member bio today, we 'd like to show you what our awesome operators have been up to this week: Obstacle Course Training!... Vine operators practiced navigating around pedestrians and cyclists in a tricky obstacle course at our transit yard, to help make sure everyone stays safe on the road. Tyler even jumped in as the cyclist/pedestrian to avoid on the course and we think he nailed his performance. Thanks to Supervisors Benny Ramirez, Joe Villalobos, and Tyler Cross for setting up the course and making pedestrian and cyclist safety a priority!
