I’ve been trying lots of recipes lately and this one is a winner. Very easy if you microwave the spaghetti squash. And don’t forget to add the Parmesan cheese! FYI...I found the recipe on Pinterest.
While grocery shopping on Monday I noticed that there was plenty of plant based meat available. I stocked up and made my go-to chili recipe with it. Had to substitute the black beans for kidney beans. It was delicious! Hint: if you make this, cook meat separately, then add to the chili.
I was going through some of my saved recipes and found this one. It was actually really delicious and my husband love it. I served it with brown rice. If you want to make a vegetarian version, I think it would work well with tofu. Enjoy and stay healthy!
