Hey boxers, here's a workout you can do at home without equipment (but if you have dumbells, kettlebell, heavy bag you can do even more): Do this three times: 1. 25 kettlebell swings (or 20 jump squats if you don't have a KB)... 2. 30 walking lunges. Make it harder by adding dumbbells or kettlebells in each hand or a curl bar across your back 3. 25 pushups 4. Shadow box, or box on a heavy bag if you have one, or have someone hold mitts for you: 20 of this combo: 1, 1, 2, 3, 2, 3, 4 5.
