This iteration of the Moxy marks the second collaboration between Yabu Pushelberg, Rockwell Group, and Stonehill Taylor, who also worked on the brand’s outpost in Times Square.

This space stretching from the curb to your front door is the view you come home to every day, the first thing visitors see and the only part of your home passersby will catch a glimpse of.

The home combines ecology, traditional materials such as concrete, steel and wood, but an exceptionally natural and harmonious form. The spiral shape dwelling is comprised of 2,486 square feet (231 square meters) of living space.

Modernizing a home with a distinctive traditional Mediterranean style can be a challenge, but when a young couple purchased this 1920s home that needed an overhaul, they knew Jute would be up for the challenge.
