NPTI's Yoga Teachers in Training are carefully planning & preparing for their FREE public classes next week! All are welcome to join & experience a variety of thoughtful classes. These FREE 1 hour classes led by our new teachers will be held at our San Diego location from Monday Dec. 16th-Thursday Dec. 19th at 10:30am & 12:15pm each day.
