Good Evening, I wish all was well, unfortunately it isn't, the mud slinging has begun. I'm going to put it like this, some members would like to divide this Union. Let's talk about the meaning of the word UNION - AN ORGANIZED ASSOCIATION OF WORKERS FORMED TO PROTECT AND FURTHER THEIR RIGHTS AND INTERESTS; A LABOR UNION. Let's ask ourselves are we being protected? We do have rights, but when Management violate those rights and our Stewards and President don't protect us, what do we really have? Its time to make the right choices, let's unite and become a real UNION again!

Hi Brothers and Sisters, Hope all is well with you and your families. Now that the picnic is out of the way it's time for the elections. You should be receiving a letter (attached), please vote!!! Members complain but they do nothing, if you VOTE you are making a change. I hear a lot of members saying the elected officers aren't doing anything, so I tell them find someone who will or run yourself. ... Another issue that is being bought up is racism this pisses me off why does it have to be like that I know who's doing this at my building LANDC and they really need to stop especially if they plan on running in this election. Other facilities ask yourself do the Stewards file grievances?, in a timely manner?? or are they doing their job, getting you extra money now? Its election time! Are they only loyal to the Local Pesident? Do rhey agree with Managagwment? We are suppose to be against Management NOT each other. Do you receive discipline and the stewards didn't do a good job/made a deal with Management/nothing? So youre thinking "What can I do"? VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE VOTE!!!Think about the services your receiving now, what you've received in the past and damn it what you deserve! We pay union dues and if there's any extra money let us put it back in our pockets! PS: my post pertaining to May 20, 2017 Union meeting the phones at the Local are still broken

Hello Brothers and Sisters, Hope all is well, it was nice seeing you at the picnic and if you didn't make it you miss out on a treat, it was a wonderful day for a picnic great conversations with the members, great prizes were given away, good food and as far as the kids, had a ball! What more could you ask for? Good job Local 303 Executive Board.
