I'm heading up to Calistoga Thursday morning to feed people and see what massage efforts are underway for victims & volunteers. If you have small donations (toiletries needed at last FB post I saw) I can take them today at NMWC (211 Professional Center Dr-under stairwell between bldg 200 & 300, just leave on stoop cuz I may be w clients).

NMWC has moved to 211 Professional Center Dr. We are still at Diablo Hill Professional Center complex, but in bldg 200.

Stretch Class (Fridays 10am-11am) and Healing Circle (Tuesdays 5pm-7pm) have been cancelled until further notice. Thanks to all who participated. We look forward to more fun classes soon!

The New Year is off to a big start! We've been throwing up some new paint and art in the space and getting ready for new therapists and services to offer. Mary Brown has a gentler style, works great with grief, and offers warm bamboo treatments. Somya O'Connor starts next month offering Ayurvedic massage and chart readings. Erin Beeman is incorporating more CranioSacral principles and Heart Centered Therapy for emotional healing. Stretching & Meditation is back on Fridays at... 5:30 & 6-7pm, respectively.
