We've been spoiled with sunshine and groomers all week. Temperatures will continue to be spring-like, so be sure to get out and grab some hot laps while it lasts! Job Description Northstar Club is a privately owned and operated homeownership located in the heart of the Village at Northstar California. The connection between our owners and employees is paramount in providing a level of job satisfaction and unparalleled services while maintaining no contact in a 2020 hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will have a set schedule of 5 days weekly and possesses:... Friendly, outgoing, and self-motivated to be an intricate part of the internal employee team. Possesses a strong ability to multitask and proactive nature. Fully aware that we operate hospitality-based, and that in peak season holidays and weekends are assumed as working days. Has the ability to lift 50lbs independently, and up to 70lbs with assistance. Basic computer knowledge- experience with Microsoft word, excel, and publisher. Ability to answer phones with a welcoming and informative presence. What we offer in return: Gratuity paid monthly at an average of $2 in addition to the employee hourly wage paid monthly and then distributed twice a year after season completion as a bonus. Year-round employment full-time employment with set schedule and days off scheduled together. Paid vacation and sick time. Paid holidays including the employee’s birthday. Medical insurance premium for individual paid in whole by the employer. We are compliant with the current COVID-19 protocol and you will be required to do the same. This will include but not limited to wearing a mask, plastic gloves when sanitizing and various other guidelines. We are a private facility and no public access.
