Our schools embraced KIndness Week with art projects, dress up days, and many acts of kindness to show compassion and care for our planet, our communlty and each other!!

As our final service learning project for the year, we are once again doing the Crayon and Marker Recycling Program. Please help support our efforts by sending your kids in with any used crayons and or marker you may have around the house. Drop off containers will be located in the classrooms for your child or outside the North Office.... Collection period is Tuesday, June 1st-Friday June 11th.

North lost one of their shining stars this week, Caroline Moberg. We will always remember your beautiful smile and your love for helping many students in our North School Community. The North Parent Group is putting together a keepsake book of letters, drawings, and pictures for Caroline’s family. We invite you/your child to write a letter or draw a picture explaining what Caroline meant to you and our North community. The letters/drawings will be compiled into a memory bo...ok that Caroline's family and children can look back on to remember her and the impact she had. A drop box for these letters/pictures will be available in front of the North office starting Monday (May 24th) until the last day of school, Friday, June 11th. STAY SAFE WHILE RIDING YOUR BIKE! Biking is so much fun, good exercise, and a great way to get to school! Please follow a few important safety tips to stay safe! SAFETY TIP # 3 Ride to the RIGHT SIDE of the road. Be aware of parked cars and passengers opening car doors into the bike lane. Always GO with the flow of traffic, not against it. A bicycle is a vehicle and you're the driver! When you ride your bike on the street obey all traffic signs, signals, and lane markings....
