Christmas week is almost here! We will be open on the Tuesday and Wednesday before Christmas. In order to give our employees time with their families to celebrate we will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the day after Christmas. We will reopen on the 27th for Sunday Brunch!

As I make pasta today I think about the two women that have taught and continue to teach me everything I know about cooking, my beautiful mother @u_eat_home_2 and my Aunt Jeanne @jjriley1963 Today I'm making raviolis and thinking about the women that have shown me the ropes. My mom learned how to make and perfect pasta at the Acadamia Barilla in Parma, Italy. I’m blessed to say I’ve learned from the best and proud to be able to bring the skills they have taught me to Norm’s. I LOVE YOU Auntie Jeanne & Mom
