Just Sold! What’s better than having an easy closing on a home? Guiding long-time friends through one! This beautiful couple was ready to invest in a rental property and after some weeks of looking in different areas and at homes, they settled on this Petaluma cutie. They listed it for rent and in less than a week they found their first tenant! They are off to an awesome start

Just Sold! All closings are great. Some just stand out more than others. This particular first-time homebuyer found my profile and decided I was her person for her first purchase . She had a tight budget and when we started to look in her areas of interest, we knew we had to go out further as the multiple offers were going way beyond her affordability. She chose Vallejo, which was further than I’d normally go, but I was committed to helping her find the perfect place for ...her. Turned out Vallejo was just as competitive as Sonoma County. We found out the hard way. The first home she made an offer on received 38 offers! Gloves came off quick and I prepped her for war. We lost the 2nd attempt. This one only had 11 offers The third was the charm. We beat out 5 other offers and barely got ours signed as an all cash, no contingency was delivered Moral of the story: Things always work out the way they’re supposed to.
