Happy New Year!! Man, 2020 was a doozy. We could not have made it through this year without all of the support you all gave to our little family owned business. We look forward to what 2021 has to offer and hopefully we will be seeing a lot more of you all!

We finally have some great news to share!!! Today, 9/29/20, Sacramento county moved to the red tier, meaning we can open!! However, we have to abide by capacity limits (even at the busiest, we have always been under capacity for the square footage) but it’s important to remember social distancing and thorough cleaning policy. So, starting tomorrow (9/30/20) we will resume business. We cannot wait to see you all!!!!

Youth strength classes begin again next week. These hugely popular classes focus on increasing strength and mobility, reducing injuries, and improving athleticism for young athletes. They are also great for those who aren't getting enough movement through virtual PE classes. Call or text AJ to reserve your spot in the class. Two time options to choose from!

It’s official!!! After three very long months, the doors are open! We can’t wait to see you all again. Team lift Saturday and normal hours resume on Monday!!!

We are anxiously awaiting the clearance to re-open, which sounds like it should be coming soon. We are so excited to see all of you soon and hope that you have found moments in the past few months to enjoy time with your families, to read a book, or catch up on shows you always wanted to watch. We did that and also used the time to learn to make our own swag!! All shirts and shorts are on sale. Shirts are $12 and shorts are $15. There are a ton of options and styles for when the time comes to be back at the gym. Thank you for continuing to support our family business and for the amazing community at this gym.
