Permanent Ballot Box Installed at City's Civic Center. Just in time for the 2020 election, the City of Concord received its very own permanent ballot box, located at Civic Center, 1950 Parkside Drive between Salvio and Willow Pass. The box will be unlocked on October 5, and voters are welcome to drop their signed, mail-in (absentee) ballot in the box any time between Oct. 5 and Nov. 3. No postage is necessary. It will be closed at 8 p.m. on Election Day, Nov. 3.
