DID MY LIFE GET CHANGED BY CORONA ? YES !!! -- 1. Cancellation of client subscription due to their own business priority changes 2. Funding commitment unmet by ...committed and interested investors for the new spin off 3. untimely death of a past tech partner, cardiac arrest, 39 yrs old 4. untimely death of wife's friend husband, brain stroke, 34 yrs old, living outside india, body even cant be transported back for final rights 5. one of the extended family member have some early signs, recovered, recovering or no further signs, so leaving it to god 6. praying for the wellness of even the house assistant who have health issue due to her infected neighbour 7. Productivity dip by many colleagues who are emotionally challenged by their own family loss due to Covid19 8. Few colleagues went out of zone as the infra, connectivity challenges from their remotest villages 9. Employees who could not travel back to their home states 10. Summer interns who could not join and pursue their 11. 3 product launches (1 deepTech, 1 spin off product v2.0, core platform v7.0) are getting delayed 12. M&A, prospective strategic conversations, term sheets are put on hold 13. Kids, wife, parents have stress about future of company, due to the bootstrapping nature 14. Worried about my safety as i'm a globetrotter, what will happen after travel gates are opened when i start packing my back bags.. 15. Did social initiatives CoronaSpeak, #WellnessSpeak to address anonymous communication between citizen and government, citizen and wellness providers, at no cost. Able to help bunch of them with few beach head deployments 17. Recruited 10+ summer interns across globe, a full global team to contribute back on the social initiatives 18. Couple of interesting partnerships in silicon valley to accelerate the US GTM 19. Keeping fingers crossed about how global, union, state governments are putting their governance plans 20. Few large global SI, clients are coming on our way to explore product relationship because of the nimblness and simplicity of the platform. Everybody finally got hold of the SaaS business model we have been pioneering for 7.5 years. Into #entrepreneurship for 2727 days [ 7 years, 5 months, 19 days ]. It's almost 89 months and have seen 200 variety of challenges as #bootstrapping #entrepreneur , like friends/mentors becoming frenemies trying to make sure that we're failing not getting funded, copying our product line with their own friends/family/subsidaries, 100 more nexus efforts. But this time it is different ! want to hit century months, next 11 months of our life is going to be very different from the first 89. Bless us !
