The LARK #hotel #expansion, a new 17,600 SF, 4-story addition in downtown #Bozeman and the first hotel building project that employed Cross-Laminated Timber or CLT construction in #Montana was recently completed. Construction on the $450-million, 1.5-million-square-feet, mixed-use development project at 1341 Vine Street in Los Angeles is well underway. Kilroy Realty Corporation, House & Robertson Architects, GBD Architects, Hathaway Dinwiddie, Webcor Builders, and Nishkian Chamberlain are collaborating on Academy Square on Vine which when completed will comprise of four mid-rise commercial buildings, a 20-story residential tower, and will offer office space, retail and restaurants. https://www.nishkian.com/academy-square-on-vine-reaches-ba/

Menlo Park gets a new luxury boutique hotel. The Park James opened its doors on September 24.
