While my "Glamping Resort" in the making is not ready to rent out and I must decline all booking requests, I have had it advertised on AirBnB for the past year to test the market... Here's proof a market exists where people are willing pay HUNDREDS of dollars a night to sleep in tents in Penn Valley

Progress... Rock walls, trails and steps now taking shape as the dirt work and hardscape continues to come together little by little and step by step... Excited to see this work being done and for the progress ahead!

Recent footage of laying pipe to expand irrigation to many new acres of dry land... Means lots more food for the happy cattle all summer long.... Blessed with abundant water during this drought year and heat wave!
